We want your experience at the salon and at our events to be the best possible, but realize in certain circumstances we may not be the right match for your needs. If this does happen, we would be more than happy to make a recommendation for you.
Cancellation Policy
EnV Studio values your time as much as our own, so we will do our best to get you in for your appointment promptly. We also ask that you honor the 24 hour cancellation policy for all appointments.

Salon Safety Policy
The salon has many sharp, hot and potentially dangerous tools. If your children accompany you to the salon they must be supervised by an adult who is NOT receiving services. Children should not be running, jumping, or climbing. We ask that children and their adult supervisor remain in the lounge area during services. Please help us maintain a safe and relaxing salon environment!
Gratuity
Gratuities at salons and spas are gladly accepted. In the past there has been much confusion on what the proper etiquette is. EnV encourages clients to do what makes them feel best when tipping.
It is standard for salon owners who are working behind the chair to except tips. They too, are providing the client with an exceptional service. The standard for tipping the owner ranges from 15-25% depending on the amount of services provided, and by how many people. When in doubt about tipping, ask the person providing the service.
